Every enrolled child is listed here with their class, age, attendance status and any health alerts. Use the search or class filter to find a child quickly. Click the eye icon to open their full profile.

Health alerts (shown as red tags) are visible to all teachers in the classroom. Children marked absent will trigger an automatic notification to their parent if you have SMS alerts enabled.

Tap any child card to cycle their status between Present, Absent and Late. Red allergy badges are always visible as a safety reminder. When you hit Save, parents are notified instantly and the record is locked in the audit trail.

Every payment here has a method and date attached. Payments without a reference number are highlighted — these should be investigated as they may indicate cash collected outside the system.

Staff

Manage everyone who works at your center. Each staff member is assigned a role that controls exactly what they can see and do — a teacher sees only their classroom, a finance user sees only billing. Use Invite to send an SMS onboarding link.

Roles control access: Teachers can only see their assigned classroom. Finance users only see billing. Admins can see children and billing but not the audit log. Only the Owner can access the Accountability section.

Enrollment

Manage the full enrollment pipeline — from first inquiry to a fully enrolled, billed child. Every enrolled child must go through the 4-step wizard so their profile, parent contact, health information and billing are all on record before they set foot in your center.
